Guidelines for GROUPS
The Islanders try to accommodate most every request throughout the Pennsylvania area. However, due to the large number of requests, the team is unable to accommodate out-of-state donation requests. Due to some season sell-outs, we cannot guarantee donating tickets to all community organizations. However, we will do our best to provide a ticket donation to your organization, so long as the proceeds from the auction, raffle or sale of these tickets go to your organization for charitable purposes.
Due to the large number or requests the Islanders can not provide a monetary donation.
Guidelines for INDIVIDUALS
Any individual requesting items for collecting or trading will need to follow the procedures also (letter head not required). Only small items will be sent out for these requests.
Procedures
All donation requests should be made in writing on your organization's letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to your event date. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. We ask that each organization submit only one donation request per year in order to accommodate as many organizations as possible.
Please include the following:
· Organization Letterhead with Name, Address, Phone number and Email
· Date of the Event
· Contact Person, Phone Number
· Type of event
· Self Addressed Stamped Envelope included with the request.
